GranMuse provides an independent museum review platform offering:

  • Museum Reviews: Editorial reviews and visitor guides for museums across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
  • Digital Audio Guides: Downloadable narrated guides for individual museums, available for purchase.
  • Cultural Itineraries: Curated multi-day museum tour plans.
  • Newsletter: Weekly email digest of museum discoveries and cultural insights.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when using our contact form or making purchases.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written permission.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or attack our website or infrastructure.

5. Digital Products and Purchases

When purchasing digital audio guides or other digital products:

  • Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable VAT (5%).
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email.
  • Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded. Once downloaded, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Editorial Independence

GranMuse is an independent publication. Our museum reviews represent the honest opinions of our editorial team based on personal visits. We do not accept payment or any form of consideration from museums, tourism boards, or cultural institutions in exchange for favorable coverage. This independence is non-negotiable and is clearly indicated throughout our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all museum visitor information (opening hours, admission prices, addresses), this information is subject to change without notice by the respective institutions. We recommend verifying details directly with each museum before your visit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GranMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in visitor information, website downtime, or issues with digital product delivery.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GranMuse in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including official museum websites, booking platforms, and social media profiles. These links are provided for convenience only. GranMuse does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability
